Incorporated in 1984 by the Founder and Pioneer Chairman, Late Chief (Dr.) Samuel Oyewole Asabia and commenced business as a dealing member of Nigerian Stock Exchange in March 1985. The Company was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission as a Broker/Dealer and an Issuing House in 1990 and is also licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a Finance Company.
